A lady must always have a chaperone when in a gentleman's company, unless married, over thirty, or consulting on a professional or business matter. If she does not fall under any of these categories she had better stay at home.

Tip 2:
Ladies never ever wear pearls, diamonds or any other eveningwear in the morning.

Tip 3:
A lady must always acknowledge her acquaintances at the very least by a slight inclination of her head, unless a bothersome gentleman whose acquaintance she wishes to discontinue.

Tip 4:
A lady never dances more than three dances with the same gentleman in a single evening.
